I am new to EE. Just got 4G Home router and want to set up data usage monitoring. During the set up it asks for my Billing Account Number. How do I find out what this number is please

It should be on any correspondence that we've sent you. If you can't find it, I'd suggest jumping on our live chat to speak to our Mobile Care team.

This is actually not true… it’s nowhere to be found on any correspondence…

really annoying to spend more time as it’s not accessible when logging in and yet demanded to view bills… such a bad website

I have just transferred from BT broadband to EE but any correspondence only refers to my BT account number…
