      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried making a complaint through the normal channels there have been promises of callbacks that have not been kept. I've been passed pillar to post. Complaints have been closed without my knowledge without being resolved and I'm a new customer its been a nightmare.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I need someone senior to hear my issues and resolve them or this won't remain only my nightmare I promise. I will go the press.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
