    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was able to change mobile to an EE mobile and now receiving passcode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now asking to call 150 (again) to confirm identity which I did when I phoned 150 yesterday. Agent said to wait until the following day as the system might just need 24 hours to re-set.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So as it stands I can look at my mobile account but have no idea what is happening with the broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi. I've already got My EE App on my phone and it's got my mobile phone contracts associated with it.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to link/add my "new" home broadband account with EE but the registered mobile for the verification is different (which should not be a problem). However, I am not receiveing the 4 digit passcode. Please help.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
