How to log-in as account holder on the website/app to upgrade phone?

The website seems to have gotten an update and it's unclear where the option is to log-in as the account holder, since otherwise there is no way to me to upgrade my phone plan. The 'manage profile' option merely just lets you add your phone number/email and change your password on the site itself. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Nevermind, the link was nestled on the 'home' page after linking the number and clicking 'plans and subscriptions' and then 'manage numbers'
