      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is the same for me as well, get a Sorry, somethings gone wrong message. Have tried via the app and Chrome browser. Spoke to customer services who reset my account, but still not joy. I need a pdf copy of my bill to claim from my work so this is rather annoying&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The last 2 months I have been unable to produce a .pdf of my bill to claim back from work.&lt;BR /&gt;The website just says oops, something went wrong, refresh the page or try again later....neither helps.&lt;BR /&gt;The website is trash... strangely enough though, the Shop &amp;amp; Upgrades section works absolutely fine...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did Chris and you should know that both app and website are using the same api’s so if it is broken on one it’ll be broken on the other.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it also cannot be “a small number of users” given the multiple threads on here, and this is just the canary in the coal mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Calling 150 is useless, they don’t know what to do either and say “it will auto fix itself over time”, when clearly it won’t.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If EE cannot provide me a bill then I don’t see why I should pay it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
