    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to pass data on to my family as it resets back to zero. How on earth is anyone supposed to manage their data plans when this happens?. Taken a screen shot of the page that shows EE is currently making changes or making the app better but it doesn’t help those that need to access their plans in order to make sure their data plans aren’t compromised when you need to allocate data !…&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you try closing the app fully then re-loading it back up again please? Have you tried gifting the data through the &lt;A href="https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/" target="_blank"&gt;EE Online desktop site&lt;/A&gt; too?&lt;/P&gt;
