Cannot upgrade due to maintenance online

Was just about to order the s24 ultra and boom the app closes due to maintenance. I'm now going to miss my deadline for claiming the free samsung bus and airtag as the deadline to order to be eligible is midnight tonight 27/02/2024. Not sure I'll upgrade now at all as the free gift fromsamsung was what was swaying me . Thanks EE
