How can I change my email address for service messages?

Hello!

I just got an email from EE about upcoming price increases, but it was sent to an old email address I haven't used for a few years.

The email's footer says:

We're sending this email to the address (...) we have registered for you to receive service messages about your EE products and services.

I checked my EE profile page and my email address there is correct. So, how can I update the email address that "service messages" go to?

@cariad if it’s correct on your account you will need to call customer services about this.

There are 2 email addys in your Profile; Contact email & Login Username email. Are they both up-to-date?

@XRaySpeX Yep, my email address is definitely correct in there.
