I replied YES to the pre-validation texts. I didn’t get a call back so tried to call again, but whatever options I choose I get a message saying offices are closed (at 18:30) but your website says it is open till 20:00. The EE app appears to be down so cannot use live chat. I urgently need to speak to a CS rep.
