I do pay for itemised billing but this app is confusing me I just wamt to view my bill my calls and messages I've only just registered I don't want to wait for paper copies can you help please

Yes last month I can't even find an option on this App it's terrible will logging in online be easier for me to access my itemised bill?

Have you linked your mobile number in the app to view all billing details?

Can you access your bills if you log into your EE account online using a web browser?

Hello. I have the same problem. I pay for itemised billing. I can see the bill when I log in but no list of phone calls etc.

Where do I look to find this please?

The full bill breakdown will be available to view within your EE app/EE account online, you will just need to download your bill.
