EE upgrade offers

So my phone contract runs out in March and EE have offered me some deals on the s24 and s24+ however the website is very misleading....

If you look at the offers it shows the s24+ at 0 upfront cost and then it says 38.66 monthly device + airtime increases march 31. However if you click in this takes you immediately to a contract at over £70. This is completely misleading.

Where is this contract at 38.66 a month which is what is advertised.
