Often overnight, a couple of hours is "planned maintenance"... not common, as such early, usually more likely after midnight, or 1 AM... That time, myEE app is just not working as well...

I am overseas the moment and need to check my usage and download my invoice etc. but MyEE has been down for maintenance ever since I left the UK two weeks ago. What is going on?

Ridiculous. I’ve been trying to access my account via the app and website and keep getting the same message. You can’t access my ee right now we’re fixing things. It’s stupid
