Hi guys sorry for the question looking to upgrade from my 14 pro max to the 15 pro max it says they offer up to £336 will that money if I did get offered it go to my bank or just my ee account please

Welcome to the community.

When you trade in a device, you can choose to have it as cash back, as a BACS transfer into your bank account, credit or money off your monthly bill.

Hi Chris to get the money offer does my phone need to be out of contract to receive the offer and if I’m in contract I just up grade free

You can trade a device in, even without upgrading, @Gregog

If you want to upgrade and keep your old device, you can do that too.
