&lt;P&gt;Have you tried deleting it, rebooting and then downloading the app again to see if that works? Have you made sure that you have the latest app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If none of the above work, I would advise asking customer service to reset your account to see if that makes a difference.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could always log into your account via the website and do it that way.&lt;/P&gt;
