Just sooo poor , I have 6!!! Yes 6 contract phones and broadband , can’t log in , dog**bleep** . Been a customer for over 20’years from the orange days . Safe to say I’ll be leaving next year and taking all my business elsewhere

My experience too. Sick, in Ginza, Japan, and stranded without maps / data google. Trip is costing me a fortune and because I can't convince the EE automated systems to sell me a lousy £7 data add-on, I'm screwed.
