Give my son access to manage his device?

I have 2 sims on one family plan that I pay for, one for me and one for my son. My son wants to manage his device settings, but I don’t want to give him full access to my account. Is there a way to give him access to manage his device settings without me sharing full account access or does it all have to be done by me?

You can register an EE account for your Son's number using a new/different email address and set as 'User' this will not have the same access as 'Bill Payer'.
