Whenever I go to manage on my app it shows up with broadband mobile accessories and gaming rather than what it usually would show. This is very annoying because I want to set up direct debit and I can’t

What does it normally show? Have you tried selecting Mobile?

Well you can see in the picture and it’s not like I don’t have any plans, I have a £10 subscription pack. By the way, this is the picture

So select the Get against Mobile.

I’ve already clicked get, it just brings me to the website.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check how everything is set up from our side.

Each time I wish to look at my call history it says service not working just now but we are trying to fix it. Please try again later.

Do you have a mobile or broadband account?

Are you using the EE app or logging into your EE account online?
