&lt;P&gt;Call EE CS on 150 and ask them to delete your online account/profile. You can then register again and hopefully this will now work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can also view your bills on your online EE account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also having this similar issue . &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have been told it is a known problem . &amp;nbsp; Tried several re-registration on the phone . &amp;nbsp;Spent over 3 hours on the phone to 150 . &amp;nbsp; I have had this line for 4 months and not been able to use the EE app. &amp;nbsp; It says no devices or services recognised for this number. &amp;nbsp; I am paying a premium for a business line but to speak to an advisor I have to go through the same process as a regular customer only to be transferred to small business team and go on hold for a second time . &amp;nbsp;I am disappointed in the service I have received &amp;amp; regret moving to EE . &amp;nbsp; If it is a known problem why has no progress been made in the last 4 months ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
