    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4220147"&gt;@BadgerH&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this only happen on your broadband or on your mobile data or both?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if your blocked on your credentials doesn’t matter if you use a VPN or not as the system will know due to the credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;because EE don’t actively ban EE customers from using the site or app that this means the issue your facing is to do with your profile, I would recommend contacting EE for further investigation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE Website shows 'Blocked'?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Logged into the EE site, tried to select the 'Track my order' but the page just keeps refreshing until it just shows 'Blocked'. After that I lose access from that and other browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to log into the site using a VPN, although I avoid the refreshing page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a temporary site fault?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
