Hi, my live chat option has been gone since I linked my broadband account and I have no idea how to get it back and ideas?

@almellora , it should be within the EE App and is only available when someone is not busy on the phone.

Is there anything we can help you with here in the community?

It’s not shown up for weeks, I was just trying to see if I could switch my upcoming change to go sim only and instead do a phone upgrade
