link product via phone number

I cannot link the product device to the phone number. It does not start by '07'.

How can i link to my mobile phone number to view data usage or sthing. im not from UK

Please help me

@phatnguyentan : What device is it? Where did you buy it from?

A device with its mobile number not starting with '07' isn't even a UK device let alone EE's. Therefore it is not possible to link it to an EE account and why on earth would you want to?
