Is it possible to get a phone transcript for a court case?

@yaksol1200 : No, EE does not record convos you have with your contacts. You wouldn't want them to anyway.

@yaksol1200 Unless you here the words “this phone call my be recorded for training purposes” or something similar then phone calls are not recorded, it’s a breach of privacy and that in itself could end up with EE or any other company in court. This isn’t a TV show its real life where there are consequences to such actions.
