As title says, cannot add my sim to my account. Website useless!

Is the SIM pay as you go or pay monthly?

As the topic states, no email arrives, site keeps telling me an e-mail has been sent to verify my account, but the e-mail does not arrive. It is sending to the correct mail, yes I have checked junk / spam etc
