EE App is a total joke 🧸. It's forever under maintenance !!!. Customer care advices you to uninstall & install "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" - You call back and they send you a link to log in again and change passwords "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" - You call back and they promise it will be working after a couple of days 5/6. Now it's been a month, and guess what - yesssss "STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE" 🙄😏😤. Literally denying my ability to share or transfer data that am paying for in between my lines🤦🏾😫.

Every month is the same im the bill payee so I like to know what is going on with four lines but every month it goes down and I get a unexpected bill which really p me off

I am very sorry this happens, can you access your EE account and check usage through the month?

Does the same happen using the EE app and logging in through a web browser?

Do you get an error message?
