    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am unable to view upgrades or access my shop on the website or the app. I have tried on various devices, browsers and I've tried clearing cookies etc. None of those steps resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp; Below are just some screenshots of how this issue presents. I am for whatever reason able to view accessories in the shop when logged in but nothing else, not phones, sim only plans etc. However, as soon as I log out, I can look at it all. Obviously that presents an issue in that I'd like to upgrade soon and would like to view deals available to me as a customer.
