Why I can't see chat options in help section only calls ?

There is no chat. Use the message us option in your EE app under help, or call EE CS on 150.

There was chat till I had activated price plan, after cancellation disappeared. I chatted to ee Cs and have screenshots

Are you still on a pay monthly contract, @MarcinT? Did you try the help section of the My EE app?
