@holly1236 how does anyone on here know you don’t have access to a different phone, and mobile or landline? You’ll be surprised that some customers think you have to call from a EE phone.
If you’re a contract customer you can use live chat. Is this for an insurance claim? If it is please read THIS

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
