Linking new payg sim

I’ve received 2 new payg SIM cards on subscription.
- I paid £15 for each subscription. They both arrived with £10 credit each.
- I can’t link my sims to EE via website or App

can someone please help

Are both SIMs active?

Do you see an error message when trying to link your SIMs?

Are you trying to link them to an existing EE account?

Morning,

When linking through app or website I am getting the below.
The account I am trying to link them to is the account I paid £15 per subscription for.

If you are still unable to link I'd recommend giving us a call on 150.
