How to activate my ee account

Hi, how do I activate my 'My EE' account. I used to be on EE, and have just joined again. Now it says its deactivated and I don't know how to fix it.

It's possible that your email address is still linked to a closed EE account.

I'd recommend giving us a call and our customer care team will be happy to help further.

Thank you for your reply.

The issue I I work 8-8 6 days a week, I don't think I'll get a chance to
call you.
