Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

If you select the Bills and payments tab at the top of your home screen in the My EE app, you should see a Download your bill button when you scroll down.

You can view your and download your bills by logging into ee.co.uk, or the EE app then select Bills and Payments, view and download the bill you need from the dropdown list.
