    <description>&lt;P&gt;"The configuration of your device" is very vague and can mean all sorts of things, so in quick terms it tells me nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE dont need to test the app either, android is android.&amp;nbsp; How does it working fine on a samsung device help me, and what if I dont want to use my ee over the website on my phone and want to use the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For reference the app was working before, but then it said I had to do a critical update and this problem appeared on the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With the EE app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is because there may be a problem with the configuration of your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the thing, freshly installed Oxygen OS, every other app works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you think the problem is my device or the app?&lt;BR /&gt;Whoever coded the app perhaps needs to print the actual error instead of the vague warning, but I welcome any advice to get it working that doesnt involve changing phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/630134"&gt;@chrcolk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So you’ve got a Oneplus device with Oneplus configured android on it. &amp;nbsp; EE can not test every version of android. &amp;nbsp; The app works fine on a Samsung Android device and it does state with the error message the configuration of your device. &amp;nbsp; The EE app has an issue with the device OS and how that’s been set up by Oneplus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Oneplus tweak Android for their devices why do you think it doesn’t look like Android on a Samsung device ? It’s more than just the GUI change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Its not stock android you’ll only get that on Google devices as that’s what is actually designed for.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;The error message just means that the app isn’t liking something with that version of Android hence it says it the configuration of that device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
