      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting totally peeved off with ee why can't I check my new monthly bill on the day it is produced. I have tried 4 times to check it and it failed every time, I have uninstalled the ee app and reinstalled it and still nothing I won't be ringing customer services as it's a&amp;nbsp; complete waste of time trying to get through to them. I should have waited for my contract to end in January and then gone to another phone company. I have always thought highly of EE as in the past I have never had problems with them, but now it seems they don't have the time to help us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the same issue it says i have to pay £70 and will be my first billing (for a contract that is £20 with student discount) cancels payment every time on my phone even when i try using a different card tried it on my desktop and still saying that it cant be processed .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
