Can you download the bill if you log into your My EE account online?

In your device settings, do you have block pop ups turned off?

I have the same problem and not able to download bills from either and pop ups are allowed.

Same here clicking the button to download bill does nothing

EE online, It did manage in the end to download 2 of the 3 i needed but then it kept saying there was a problem with the page and crashing

today after numerous tries it finally let me download the invoice
