      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been with EE for around 4 months now and BT broadband for around 6-7 years, I was told my discount would automatically start after my second payment went through, still waiting for it to happen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to access the EE app it's always down for maintenance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some information please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
