    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just want to offer some clarity to other members of the community. I go travelling tomorrow so was looking to activate my roaming data however I am unable to access my profile. I receive the error message 'There seems to be a problem... Sorry, we're having a little difficulty right now. Try refreshing the page. You can still visit the other areas of EE'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the sake of people not wasting their time with generic tech support options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried 4 different browsers on my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried 4 different browsers on my sisters computer which is a 30 minute drive away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried using my mobile phone on my home wifi / sisters wifi who lives 30 minutes away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried using my 5G data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried clearing my history / cookies / cache and restarting all my devices including my wifi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of these steps have solved the issue. Hopefully this will stop people wasting their time with generic turn it on turn it off tech support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;NM about activating roaming data. You need 1st to activating roaming in general on your EE a/c.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are on contract, you do that by texting ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on PAYG, make sure you have used your PAYG SIM to make a call or text before leaving the UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply. I tried the 150 ROAMING text but it presented me with an option that was £25. Typically I just go to my account, go to add ons, then activate one of the options which costs £10 and allows me to use my phone in the EU. I'm not sure what the exact name is I'm afraid, because not being able to access my account on a regular basis was not something I factored in when I chose EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be leaving EE at the end of my contract, these tech issues have been going on for years, and for this to happen to a tech based company I'm getting serious second hand embarrassment being a customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, that's texting &lt;STRONG&gt;ROAMING PASS&lt;/STRONG&gt; to 150. That's not the same as texting &lt;STRONG&gt;ROAMING&lt;/STRONG&gt; (period) which is free.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
