Is your contracting ending or has it already?

To cancel your account you will need to give us a call on 150.

Depending on how long is remaining on your contract will depend on any termination fee.

Are you a pay as you go or pay monthly customer?

If you are a pay monthly customer could you please confirm if you activated roaming before leaving the UK by texting ROAMING to 150?

Just joined ee pay as you go put 2 £10 top ups on my phone when I ring 150 it’s says no credit on phone thanks
