How can they update the my ee app but yet no one has not even seen that when you try and up load your bill information it don’t even work this is what am trying to say little things like this we should know and also detect not tryn be rude but I am just real 💯 not everyone can expect the truth if that makes sense

but am just saying please fix it id appreciate it thank you 🙏🏾

As in you can not see nothing it don’t load up at all that’s what I mean

Have you tried logging in to your My EE online rather than the app?

If yes, do you see the same issue?

Your app is still the same your bill part don’t work if you want to get paid sort it out if not am not calling up and this and that that’s long no time for that so your get your money when you fix your billing part out on your ee app if you guys don’t get what am saying am not gonna say it again it’s your app your business sort it out thanks

Can you access your billing details if you log into your EE account online through a web browser?

Have you reported the app to our technical support team by calling 150?
