      <title>my ee app not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to use the My Ee app - I have had this for many years and suddenly it’s stopped working making it impossible for me to gift data to my linked accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleared cache, deleted app and reinstalled a couple of times with no success. I am using an iPhone on latest software. When going into the app I just see the following screen which has no where to physically log on -anyone have any ideas? &lt;P&gt;Can you try fully deleting the app again and go to the app store and redownload the app, can you enter your log in details?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leanne as already mentioned in my original post - I have deleted and downloaded - I have done this 3 times - restarted the phone and still unable to log in - I have given a screen shot above of what I see - there is no where to log in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This advice is not correct. You can call customer support, they will not however help you with this issue but will advise this is a known issue and to try again in 4-5 days. At which point you will try again to be faced with the same issue. The EE app is now just a storefront to push you to buy more stuff. My advice is to just delete the app and use the web version. The app is not even remotely fit for purpose..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
