Accessing bill on app

Does anyone else have issues accessing their bills on the app.

I haven't been able to check my bills on the app since they've updated the app, all I get when I click check my bill is either a black screen with the the blue circle spinning & spinning or just a grey screen with nothing on it. 🤬🤬🤬

Similar, online it just tells me oops something went wrong
