Having trouble linking your products

Hi everyone

I have just purchased a EE SIM card from Lebanon, Beirut, for international data.

I am new to EE

So went online to www.ee.co.uk/start Downloaded app(on my iphone ), to set up new account entered my new sim phone number entered 4 digit code which was sent to that phone number

then asked to link product ,selected (Link EE mobile or sim) entered phone number which sent me another 4 digit code entered that . I tried many times and receiving this message:

We’re having trouble linking your products

You can try linking again or come back later when we’ve fixed things.

Try again

Stop linking for now

We’re having trouble linking your products you can try again or come back later when we,ve fixed things

who can help me to fix it?

@Georgeb88 : If that SIM is a PAYG SIM, & I can only assume it is, you can't use it there until you have used it on EE's home UK network 1st.

It should be stated on the SIM card packaging @Georgeb88

How are you paying to use it? If it's by top-up it's PAYG.
