    <description>&lt;P&gt;True I have not been able to check my bill since starting my EE contract, as well as I have only just managed to get to see my usage on a regular basis of late&amp;nbsp; seems to me that once EE have you signed on the contract all support and care goes out of the window.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
