Are you trying to change your address in your My EE Account online?

What happens when you try to make the change?

It doesn’t take me to an edit page. It’s just reload and stops.

You can update your billing address in your My EE account, if you're set up as the Bill Payer in the Manage Numbers section.

Hello @dkupsin.

Welcome to the community.

Please visit My EE Online and follow these steps:

Menu > Account Settings > Scroll down to Account Details > Click check your address.

You will then be taken to a page which will allow you to update your billing address after additional security.

Im trying to change my billing address .. where on the EE ONline site does this menu sit? I cannot find it

Please visit My EE Online and follow these steps:

Menu > Account Settings > Scroll down to Account Details > Click check your address.

The only menu options I have are Bills & Payments / Plans & Subscriptions and Home / Shop. Where is this Menu tab?
