I want to upgrade without flex pay how do I do this!? I am an employee and it doesn’t let me add my f&f discount

Are you aware if you have cleared the balance with Flex Pay?

This must be done before upgrading.

Are you looking to upgrade to a pay monthly contract?

I’m not currently on flex pay but it’s the only option for an upgrade. My contract has finished. Why is this the only option. It’s effecting my f&f too

I am looking to upgrade my pay monthly contract and phone, as I am at the end of my contract. It appears that I have the same problem when trying to upgrade, the option available is flexpay which I am not happy to use. please advise.

If you give us a call on 150 or pop into your nearest EE Store, they'll be able to run through some standard plan options with you.

Hello - did you get this sorted at all?

I am having the same issue, I tried to call 150 yesterday and he said to not chose flexpay for they is no option to not chose this!

Hi @Lc48.

Is it your Friends and Family discount you wish to apply or staff discount?

If you are wanting to apply Friends and Family the discount now entitles 50% off Sim Only EE pay monthly plans or Airtime Plans when you take an eligible Flex Pay plan from EE.

No I am looking at my own employee discount on an upgrade at the moment.

I haven't looked in to friends and family discount yet

This needs to be done through the work intranet for your discount to be applied.

That's what I have tried to do, but it says you won't get the discount on a flex plan but the only thing I'm offered is the flex! I have no options to do this without seeing the flex credit!?

Have you filled in the form via your work portal?

If you continue to have issues with this I would recommend getting in touch with the colleague offers team via your work email.

I have gone through filling the form out but you need to manually put in
all the details of the phone you want and the deal that's showing, the fact
I can only see it as the flex credit deal and nothing else across the site
means I can't use that information.

Do you have the contact details for who I should contact at all?
