    <description>&lt;P&gt;For todays instalment, I shall tell you the tale of following the advice from the very helpful&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/394945"&gt;@Katie_B&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; (&lt;SPAN&gt;EE Community Support Team).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Katie pointed out that apart from the awful (my opinion) 150 system, it is possible to use a chat system. This I had completely missed or over looked. I followed her link and opened a chat window. I was greeted by a statement to say the wait time was about 20 minutes, but at least I didn't have a phone stuck to my ear. To my surprise I was chatting to an operative within a couple of minutes. I explained as briefly as I could, the on going problems I am encountering and that I was not alone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A small concern to note here is that not being able to hear the person on the other end makes it quite difficult for me to judge whether&amp;nbsp;the operative on the other end sound confident that they understand your problem and/or&amp;nbsp; have the faintest clue of how to deal with it. Or quite possibly is this just another remote, off shore call centre that don't know, don't care and possibly can't be bothered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To my surprise my contact quite quickly informed me that my phone (phone number) was not linked to my account and he could rectify this. A minute or so latter he reported it was done and everything should be ok now, but to wait 24-48 hours for the information changes to update servers. (Having worked prior to retirement for many years in I.T. and Electronics I find 48 Hours a tad hard to swallow).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To give it a fair chance I waited almost 48 Hours and I am here to report the results.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The Web Site still does not work at all. On logging in I am presented with the usual Home screen with the error "There seems to be a problem..."&amp;nbsp; (10-060)&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If I then click on Profile it enters a continuous loop of trying to load. So no change there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The App did fair a bit better. I cleared data and caches first just to be sure then logged in. The app opened, I tried profile and it opened as well. Excellent I thought, though disappointed&amp;nbsp;as profile does not contain any options to allow you to change user name or password, or to remove or delete the profile or account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Moving on I&amp;nbsp;clicked Your Orders, it opened, I have no orders but it opened. I clicked Plans &amp;amp; Subscriptions, it also opened and displayed all the correct and up to date information. I was so excited, so finally I clicked the dreaded Bills &amp;amp; Payments and........................I was deflated instantly as I was greeted by our old friend&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;" Sorry, something's gone wrong" blah blah blah call 150.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am now open to all and any suggestions, but please don't tell me to call 150 again or to try the chat system as it is becoming obviously crystal clear that the helpful people on these systems do not have either the skill set or access to the areas of the system that are needed to resolve the problems we share. As complaints and Tickets go unanswered, how are we ever going to get the problems escalated&amp;nbsp;to anybody senior or technically qualified enough to be able to try and resolve this.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Until the next time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hang loose and stay safe.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Bills and Payments not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem - app doesnt show bill and website is completely stuffed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive rung 150 and the wait time is 80 minutes - this is rubbish Im afraid&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you tell us how we get this to work on here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The gentleman I spoke with deleted my email login and then reinstated it, in order to reset my account. It didn't work. So he raised a ticket or whatever&amp;nbsp; with technical !&amp;nbsp; I have not heard since and still neither app or Web work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Really...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would have thought that unnecessarily phoning would further clog your system. Its apparent that I am not the only person with this or similar problems with accessing either your Android App or Web page account login. Surely your tech guys will notify everyone when a fix or upgrade has been put in place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just checked for today as I do everyday and no fix applied yet. Still no access to App or Web accounts&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same thing happening on my iPhone 12 &amp;amp; Amazon Fire 8 tablet. It's a known issue, occasionally I might see my bills on the app but it's hit or miss.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having the same issue for almost 2 months now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant access my account to view my bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rang 150 and the tech reset my password 4 times. Deactivated and reactivated my account. i have tried on the app and tried the website on 3 different computers yes i still cant access my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue is 100% on EE's side and if you ring them to ask for a paper copy of your bill. they will charge you for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same here. But then I didn't really expect one. EE's fault logging system has no traceability from our side of the screen. We do not even receive a ticket number or reference to be able to quote and save time. I firmly believe if a fix is found then it will just happen one day and I do not expect to be notified.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We shall see if its done by Christmas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
