EE app not working and can’t gift data

for the past week the app has not been working have deleted and reloaded with no change. Unable to find any info to tell me how to gift data on the website

Can you access your My EE app this morning?

To gift data using your My EE account online, select Plans and Subscriptions then mobile plan, scroll down to do more and then data gifting.
