Anyone else unable to gift data since yesterday? deleted and reinstalled the app still gives the errors message gifting failed

Can you log into your My EE account online and see if you can gift data, does this work for you?

Do you have the option if you select Plans and Subscriptions then Data Gifting within Do more?

There’s no option to gift data under do more.

I called 150, sent a text, which i clicked, it then didn’t work and told me to call 150 again, what’s going on with your support? the apps down, the website doesn’t work and you can’t get through to 150?
