Can you log into your My EE account online through a web browser and gift data?

Called 150 mobile care can’t even access what I want to do as the system is down

I’m out off contract so going to my local Vodafone see what deals they have got for business fed up now with EE POOR SERVICE AND PUSH PRICES UP AND UP

If you log into your My EE account online, do you have the option if you select Plans and Subscriptions then mobile plan, scroll down to do more and then data gifting?
