If you are unable to access your My EE app, can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?

If not, what happens when you log in?

Can you access your My EE account online?

I can’t transfer data it says app is being improved again

I can’t log in as I said before just keeps saying the app is being improved

Can you delete the app from your phone again, then go back to the play/app store search My EE and follow the log in steps again, does this now work?
