Phone not answered and app crashing

Is anyone finding it impossible to speak to someone at EE in the phone , been holding for hours abd everytime I try and use the app to go into the contract it crashes

never seen this before , it’s like nothing is working apart from this new community chat

I can’t get thru on the phone and the app still doesn’t work it just
crashes thus never used to happen

I want to remove the bar from my phone so I can call abroad . I was told
it’s straight forward to put on and take it off when you need to but I’m
having to borrow other people’s phones as I can’t get into app to remove it
or talk to anyone at EE

Because the app is not working for most I'm told that's the reason the lines are blocked.
You could try the chat service like I did but it took over 2 hours.

I’m now in a 20 minute queue this never used to happen . Doesn’t the app
work anymore ?

Parts of it does most of it does not and they working on fixing it with no idea when or how long.
