      <description>&lt;P&gt;It logs into the 1st page then will not go to bills or details on the account, after 3 hours of both trying and being on the EE messenger service I now have what I need from them.&lt;BR /&gt;This is a known problem with both the app and the website and EE say they are trying to fix it asap.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
