**bleep** is going on with the my ee website and app why is it broken so much of the time ?
I don't want to upgrade which the website will let me do I just want to check my bills and gift data.

What happens when you log into your My EE account to view the bill or gift data?

It logs into the 1st page then will not go to bills or details on the account, after 3 hours of both trying and being on the EE messenger service I now have what I need from them.
This is a known problem with both the app and the website and EE say they are trying to fix it asap.
